A compact housing design that takes advantage of the conditions of a 20x10 plot while maintaining naturally illuminated and ventilated spaces for a three-member family, considering their current teleworking needs.

The design follows a modern concept with straight lines and materials that convey the warmth of the desired home for the owners. Existing views are utilized through a terrace on the first level and balconies on the second level, while broad eaves serve as additional allies for controlling the home's climate.
